Pretty much all Shutter companies have a more-or-less similar sales strategy.

- a guys comes
- brags about their company
- measures
- shows samples
- checks with the ladies on what colour they like
- gives a rate (very high)
- reduces it (showing how nice they are)
- asking for a "simple" yes or no
- never accepting a no for an answer
- maks a phone call to his manager to get the price reduced (still high)
- asking for another "simple" yes or no
- still doesn't take no for an answer
- makes a few more calls and reduces the rate further (still high)
- after 2 hours of being at the house, feels this is going nowhere
- shoots off in 50% anger and 100% disrespect

The outcome: This review

Question of the day: Why do they insist that the special offer finishes on the same day?
Answer: Because their cost is ridiculously high and they do not want you to have the time to contact other suppliers.

Moral of the Story:
1. Do your cost researech before inviting Modern Group to your house.
2. Call Modern Group. Say NO. And then call OzShut. You will be surprised.

FYI 1: Oz shut have the same strategy but a bit more polite and cheaper.

FYI 2: OzShut almost provide feedback for every review. Modern shutter supposedly can't be bothered.

Tip for Modern: When you come to a house, respect their time, and respect your promise (simple yes or no).

Tip for Customers: DO NOT be shy to ask for a low price (really low).
